Cancellations

If manufacturing has not commenced on your order AND artwork has not been approved, an order may be cancelled and a full refund provided by replying to your confirmation email. Once manufacturing has commenced and the artwork is approved, then the order cannot be cancelled, refunded in full or part thereof. There is no cool-down period after the approval of artwork.

In the event of a cancellation or refund, customers will receive funds back using their original payment method only generally within about five (5) to seven (7) working days of being notified. This timeframe is required due to bank processing times, which are beyond our control. Every bank is different, and this process may be quicker or slower (depending on your bank, financial institution, payment provider, or the like). 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

In accordance with Fair Trading, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • is unsafe

  • is significantly different from the sample or description

  • does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. 

All claims must be in a reasonable time, usually 24 hours from receiving the goods.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made/made-to-order products unless defective (see above).
